Annealung Furnace
Well type annealing furnace is suitable for non-ferrous and ferrous metal wires heat treated with gas protection (bright) annealing heat treatment or low oxygen annealing heat treatment. The annealing furnace for wire is composed of a heating furnace body, numbers furnace tubes,guide tube,SSa Vaccum pump, a control carbinet.

- Temperature control: high precision control of temperature changes, automatic process of heat treatment. The fan is mounted in the bottom of the furnace to ensure stable heat throughout the entire cooking process and maintain a uniform temperature, temperature accuracy is ± 5 degrees Celsius.
- Protective atmosphere:Â ammonia or purified nitrogen protect steel from oxidation, decarbonization, preventing metal loss ;
- Capacity:Â 2-30ton,custom made.
